A. What is leisuredip.com?

Welcome to leisuredip.com, the home allows you to discover your interest, desire and enjoyment.

Everyday we offer brand new top-name products in our DipMatch, the price of the products start always starts at HK$0.0. Take a look at the items we are currently offering in DipMatch, you will find the fun and challenging experience during dipping. Register now to get your free DipPoint or to check our available DipPoint Package.

When a DipMatch start, the timer starts to count down, when it counts to the last ten seconds, the timer changes to red color and the Winning Time Frame beings. With each dip placed, the price of the item increases by HK$0.1. To win a DipMatch, you have to place the dip during the Winning Time Frame, if there is no further dip placed within the same Winning Time Frame, congratulations: you become the single dipper and you win this DipMatch.

How do I dip?

Dipping on leisuredip.com is straightforward. Just follow these four simple steps:

  • Register for free to collect your free DipPoint
  • Pick a DipMatch and wait until it starts
  • Dip and win!
  • Charge up your account when DipPoint is used up
Register for free

If you want to dip, you’ll first need to register. Registration is free and easy. As part of the registration process, you’ll need to submit your email address and Hong Kong mobile phone number. Go to “Register” and follow our instruction, registration is fast and simple. We are going to give you 5 DipPoints for free when you register successfully.

Note: To complete the registration, we will send you information to your Hong Kong mobile phone number by SMS. Please make sure the mobile phone number you provided is correct.

How can I buy DipPoints?

Please log onto Leisuredip.com, select “Buy DipPoints”, there are 4 kinds of DipPoint Package. Please choose a DipPoint package, then you will do an online payment (Visa and Mastercard only). After the payment success, we will send you an Email and SMS for confirmation. Check the update DipPoint balance and transaction record in “My Account”.

How much does a DipPoint cost?

Go to “Buy DipPoints” and you’ll find the available DipPoint Package of 10, 30, 50 and 100. Pick the size of DipPoint Package you want and decide how you want to pay.

Where can I see how many DipPoints I've placed on a DipMatch?

You can see your full dip history, your DipPoint balance and your transaction history under “My Account”.

There are two types of DipMatch using different method to place dip. It will be mentioned clearly on DipMatch page, showing which method are being used for that particular DipMatch, either by SMS or by Click.

On the front page you can see the Live DipMatch, just click the Dip button on the right hand corner to get into that DipMatch.

Can you give me some advice about how to dip?

There is no “sure win” strategy, but here are a few tips to help you get started:

Place your dip late
Always try to place dip within Winning Time Frame. Focus on the countdown timer and try to jump in and dip in the last few seconds, you know that it will end unless another dip is placed.
Start with the correct products
Although you can get some incredible bargains on our most popular products, they also tend to be the most competitive DipMatch, attracting hundreds of dippers. Some products tend to have fewer dippers, meaning you’re much more likely to win.
Keep an eye on what other dippers are up to
You can see the details of the last 20 dips placed: try to work out who’s dipping and when they’re dipping. It’s all about timing. Try to calculate how long does your dip will be recognized by the system. Find out the perfect timing to place dip.
Why I cannot place my dip within the Winning Time Frame?

This can happen if there are more than one dipper placing dip during the Winning Time Frame and your dip has been recognized by the system afterward. You might not see this simply because other dips have been placed within a few seconds of each other – sometimes even within the same second! That’s why you need to pay attention to the last 20 dippers window which indicated the final sequence the system is reading the dips.

Can I dip on a future DipMatch?

We’d ask you to wait until the DipMatch’s countdown has begun. DipMatches are only running live. Therefore you cannot dip the DipMatch which is not started.

How to upgrade my membership level?

There are 5 dipper levels. The lowest one is Baby Dipper, Nursery Dipper, Primary Dipper, Secondary Dipper and the highest one Undergraduate Dipper. Levels will be upgraded automatically if dipper reach the upgrade requirements. For the details, please visit here.

Go to “DipMatch Preview” to check the DipMatches in coming days.

DipMatch Result

Go to “DipMatch Result” to check the ended DipMatches.

DipMatch ID

Every DipMatch has its own unique ID. Please always state this DipMatch ID if you have a question regarding particular DipMatch.

When does a DipMatch end?

A DipMatch end once the Count Down Timer reaches zero.

C. I’ve just won a DipMatch. What now?

Confirming your win

Once a DipMatch has ended, you’ll be asked to confirm that you still want the item and explain what to do next. You’ll have to pay the final amount. We’ll also contact you via email and SMS to explain how to do all this. Just remember to confirm that you still want to item within 14 days of the end of a DipMatch. If you still haven’t confirmed within 14 days, we’ll assume that you’ve change your mind and no longer want to buy the item.

Paying for the item you won

Just like buying DipPoints, you can pay for your item by credit card. Please make sure you pay within 14 days of the end of a DipMatch. We’ll confirm your payment via email and SMS and arrange for the item to be delivered to you. Once the payment is confirmed, we will arrange delivery according to your request. If the item hasn’t arrived on the requested date, please contact us.

Give up the product

Winner can decide to give up the product so that he/she does not need to pay the final price. To withdraw the product, please reply email to support@leisuredip.com. However, we cannot refund the used DipPoint(s) that you placed on that DipMatch.

D. Delivery

Delivery Charges

We only deliver to valid Hong Kong commercial address. It is free of charge.
We do not deliver to any residential address and Post Office Box.

Delivery time

We provide delivery service within 1 month upon payment is confirmed. If you are not ready for the delivery within one month, please contact us as soon as possible.

Every Tue, Thu, Sat; 0900-1300 and 1400-1800
(Except Public Holiday)

Has my product been delivered yet?

Once the payment is confirmed, we will arrange delivery according to your request. If the item hasn’t arrived on the requested date, please contact us.

Which countries does leisuredip.com deliver to?

We only deliver to address in HKSAR.
Delivery service is not available for Outlying Islands. (Except Tung Chung and the International Airport)
Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

E. Returns & Complaints

What should I do, if the item I won is faulty?

Firstly, we’re sorry that you have received an item that you are not happy with. Most of our winners have no problem with the products, but occasionally an item might get damaged in transit. If this really has happened, we will try our best to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

To report a product faulty, please contact us and we’ll tell you what to do next. Please let us know the DipMatch ID and the serial number of the product (if any), these helps us to deal with your problem more quickly.

Please don’t send the item back to us without contacting us. If your product does need replacing, we’ll contact you and let you know what to do.

Do you offer a standard guarantee on the products?

The warranties provided on products may vary depending on the type of item that you win. It will be mentioned clearly on the product description at the DipMatch page. Please contact our customer service team if you have any queries about the warranties or guarantees that apply to an item that you’ve won.

Can I return an item that I have won?

For whatever reason you decide that you do not want the item, please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll explain what to do next. When you contact us, please make sure that you let us know:

  • Your user name and contact information
  • The DipMatch ID of the item you won
  • The reason you’d like to return the item

Please note that we can only offer a refund on the final DipMatch price of the item you won. However, we cannot offer you a refund on the used DipPoint that you placed on that DipMatch.

Can I get a refund on an item that I have won?

If, within 14 days of delivery, you decide you no longer want the item, we will be happy to refund the final DipMatch price that you paid. The item must be still be in its original packaging and must not be damaged. Please contact our customer service team for details of what to do, making sure to include the DipMatch ID, your user name and contact information. However, please note that we cannot offer you a refund on the used DipPoint that you placed on that DipMatch.

F. Managing My Account

How do I change my password?

Please go to "My Account" and select the option "Change password".

What do I do, if I've forgotten my password or user name?

Click on the "Forgot password" option. Fill in the registered mobile phone number and email address. We will send you an email with a new password. You can use this password to login “leisuredip.com” immediately.
Due to security reasons, we suggest you to change your password regularly.

How do I subscribe the newsletter?

Please go to "My Account" and select the option "Change my Profile". You can check the box “accepted to receive leisuredip.com newsletters”, then click “update”.

Can I change my user name?

Unfortunately, your user name cannot be changed. When registering, please be careful not to select a user name that could cause offence or abuses the rights of third parties. If you notice such a user name, please contact our customer service in case you find such cases on leisuredip.com.

Where can I check my dip reocrd?

You can review the dip record in “DipPoint balance”.

How do I delete my account?

Go to "My Account > Delete my Account" menu, you should type your mobile phone number and click "Confirm" to delete your account. Please note that after the account is deleted, the relevant username, mobile phone number and email address is blocked and cannot be used for new registration.

Can I change my email address?

Go to "My Account" and select the option "Change email address".

How can I pay for the product I've won?

You can pay for items that you've won by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What are the recommended PC requirements to use?

You can participate in leisuredip.com auctions with nearly all PCs that allow you to access the internet:

Why hasn't my dip been recognized during a DipMatch?

Very occasionally, users tell us that even though they dip before the countdown ended, their dips did not get placed and the DipMatch ends. In these instances, the most likely explanation is so-called "Internet lag times". These are time-delays in the transfer of data between your PC and our servers. Mostly those delays (lags) occur because single parts of the internet connection are overloaded.

This, unfortunately, is a general problem with the internet.

Please note that all dip being received after the DipMatch is closed will not be deducted from the user account.

There are a few ways of helping minimize this problem:
  • While dipping on leisuredip.com does not download large data such as video or audio files from the internet.
  • Don't send emails with large attachments while dipping on leisuredip.com.
  • Make sure that no other users such as family members, etc. are using the internet while you are dipping.
I can't confirm my registration using the link in the registration confirmation email. What should I do?

It might be that your email service provider has blocked the unidentified email, you can change the setting to accept the emails from Leisuredip.com. And, please make sure you type in a corrected email address. If the email setting and the email address are both corrected, please contact us for help. And you should provide the registered email address and registered mobile number.

During the DipMatch, the leisuredip.com system is down. What will be happened?

Downtime, or outage, is an occasional and unforeseeable problem with the internet, and means that dip cannot be placed during this short period when our system is offline.

If a DipMatch cannot be continued because of system failure, we will do the followings.

  1. We will cancel the running DipMatch and we will restart the DipMatch in another day.
  2. In this failure DipMatch, we’re going to refund you for the DipPoint(s) you spent on the captioned DipMatch. We will notice the related dippers by email. and you can check the DipPoint update in “DipPoint balance”

Important security notice: Employees of leisuredip.com will never ask you for your password in emails or on the phone. Consequently, please do not send your password to anyone and don't hesitate to contact our customer service at support@leisuredip.com if you receive such a message.

How do I know if an email was sent by leisuredip or not?

All emails that are sent by us and which contain the username. And we will use leisuredip.com be a sender.

How do I recognize a fake email entailing a request for payment?

Payments to leisuredip.com can only be made via the JETCO website. Please don't respond to any emails, which ask you to transfer money.

What should I do, if I receive a suspicious email?
  1. You should never click on a link in such an email. The links in these emails may lead to websites which are designed to obtain your personal data illegally or to commit another related crime.
  2. Please forward such emails to support@leisuredip.com. leisuredip will check those emails and inform you if it was sent by leisuredip or not.
